This poly filter housings are manufactured from the highest quality, FDA grade, 100% polypropylene. Leak-proof sealing is accomplished by compression against a top seated EPDM O-ring located in the housing’s sump. Thick wall and added ribs make the housings ideal for a wide range of applications. Polypropylene construction provides excellent chemical resistance in most installations environments.
Dual Whole House Water Filter 20" features:
- First Filter Cartridge is a 5 MICRON SEDIMENT FILTER 20"X4.5"
Sediment cartridge filters are primarily used to remove silt, sand or other particulate matter from water.
- Second Filter Cartridge GAC or Carbon Block 4.5 X 20"
- REDUCES taste and odor, water-soluble heavy metals, and controls scale, bacteria, and algae in your water.
