Premier Water Systems Order Policy
Our vision is to create world class water filtration products where our customers can find a water filter system that’s best suited for them at unbeatable prices! If you do not see a specific item or system that fits your needs, please do send us a message and we can work with you to build a system customized for you. If you found a specific system on our site, please do make sure that it is the correct one for you. If you want to make sure a specific component is included or want to adjust a system listed, please do not hesitate to send us a message with your requests. We are very accepting of requests and can be quite flexible with our systems. We build each system as per ordered, they are not ready-made. As such, we stand behind each and every one of our products.
We stand behind all of our products. We sell only the highest quality products and build our systems with only the best components. If you are unhappy about an Oceanic product, please do inform us via email/phone. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date of purchase. We do not refund or accept returns of used or installed items. If an item is to be returned, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping and costs. Original shipping fee will be deducted from final refund. Used or installed items are NOT eligible for return. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. These terms are NON-NEGOTIABLE.
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 1:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock and the size of the order. Most orders received after 1:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee an exact time an order will arrive, however 95% of shipped orders arrive between 3-5 days after shipped. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
General Warranty Policy
Premier Water Systems, LLC warrants that our Filtration Systems (excluding cartridges and membrane) shall be free from defective electrical components and leaks or cracks due to defects in materials or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. If a defect is shown, Premier Water Systems, LLC will, at Premier Water Systems’ sole discretion, either repair or replace the product without charge. No cash refunds will be made. This warranty is provided solely to the original consumer purchaser of the product and may not be transferred or assigned.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, failure to follow safety and installation instructions. This warranty will not be effective unless and until the Oceanic product is shown to have been used in accordance with the safety and installation instructions accompanying the product.
THIS CONSTITUTES PREMIER WATER SYSTEM’S ENTIRE WARRANTY AND PREMIER WATER SYSTEMS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT. PREMIER WATER SYSTEMS, LLC SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF PREMIER WATER SYSTEMS, LLC CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
PREMIER WATER SYSTEMS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. PREMIER WATER SYSTEMS, LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL ALLEGED DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF MARINE LIFE, PERSONAL INJURY, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties or conditions, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or province.
Premier Water Systems, LLC shall not have any obligations under this warranty unless the owner notifies Premier Water Systems, LLC in writing of any alleged defect(s) within 30 days of discovery of the defect(s). Any notice to Premier Water Systems, LLC must be delivered by United States or electronic mail to the following address: U.S. Mail: Premier Water Systems 7623 Fulton Ave, North Hollywood, California 91605 or electronic mail: admin@Premierwatersystems.net. Premier Water Systems, LLC shall be allowed a reasonable period of time to investigate any warranty claim and to perform any testing Premier Water Systems, LLC deems necessary to determine the cause of the defect. This warranty shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of California.
